Satori is now open for tasting and sales every weekend from noon to 5pm. We invite you to drop by and see our beautiful new tasting area in front of the winery overlooking the labyrinth. We will also have tables scattered amongst the nearby Zinfandel vines so feel free to bring a picnic lunch, buy a bottle of your favorite wine and spend some quality vine time. While you are here ask to learn more about joining the Satori family by becoming a member of our Wine Club.

The 32nd Annual Gilroy Garlic Festival

July 23rd, 24th, and 25th

Get ready for some Summer Fun, and come on out to the Gilroy Garlic Festival.  Satori will be pouring our award winning wines along with many of the Wineries of the Santa Clara Valley in the Rotary Wine tent.  It might be HOT HOT HOT but we will be pouring our “newest” delicious 2009 Chardonnay of the pink ray!  It’s sure to cool things off!  And as always, we will be doing something extra FUN at the Winery as well...So stop on by and say hello!

Barrel Tasting Party / Futures Offering
Preview our 2008 Estate Reds
Thursday, July 29th. 7-9pm

We would like to invite you for a sneak preview barrel tasting of our 2008 estate red wines, and our newest addition, a 2007 Reserve Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. We will be bottling these wines the first week of August, and we would like to give you the opportunity to see how the 2008 vintage is shaping up. The evening will include tastings of our 2008 Merlot, Zen Zen, Cabernet Sauvignon, Joyous, Syrah, Harmonic Convergence and Petite Sirah.

You will be greeted with a sample of our new 2009 Chardonnay of the Pink Ray, due for release in just a few weeks. The barrel tasting of the red wines will begin promptly at 7:15 with a group tasting and discussion of each of the wines. Winemaker/Owner Tom Moller will be on hand to discuss the 2008 vintage in general and the specifics of each wine. We will be providing cheese and crackers for palette cleansers.

If you find something you like, we will also be giving our friends the opportunity for substantial savings by purchasing futures of any of the wines for delivery when the wines are released later next year. For this evening only we will be offering a 35% discount for 6 bottles of the same wine - and 50% off for a solid case.
